Salt Murals
Bringing brands to life
I partnered with another designer to create these murals in Salty Beauty Lab.
The Challenge: bring the Salt brand into the salon to create an immersive and unique experience while creating cohesion in a disjointed space.
The Insight: Keep it simple. with the limited color palette, we were able to quickly transform this space without having to prep or paint the entire wall.
The Solution: On the wall just inside the entrance, we painted Salt logo with some fun, organic shapes that are a consistent part of the branding. The hand-painted logo was also more cost effective than having a custom sign made.
Salt’s owner had mentioned that the two rooms on either side of the entrance felt disjointed. We used the murals to tie these together better and create continuity.
